7-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong product
Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Replacement & Refund Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds. Eligible cases are handled through replacement only.
Custom handmade press-on nail sets are non-refundable and non-returnable once created and dispatched.
Refunds/replacements will not be provided for:
- Minor color/design variations
- Personal preference issues
- Fit/comfort concerns caused by natural nail curvature
- Slight handmade detailing differences
- Incorrect sizing provided by customer
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for used or non-defective products.
We only provide replacements in valid cases mentioned above.
Size & Color Disclaimer
Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
Minor color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Replacement for size issues is subject to approval and may include shipping charges.
As all press-on nails are handmade and custom-created, slight variations in color tone, chrome effect, artwork placement, shape, thickness, and detailing may occur compared to reference photos.
Fit and comfort may vary depending on individual natural nail curvature and application method, even when the selected size is correct.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail measurements/sizing before placing an order.
Replacement Process
- Once the issue is verified, the product will be inspected.
- If approved, replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
- Replacement delivery may take 5β7 working days depending on location.
- Return shipping charges are paid by the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Only one replacement request per order will be eligible for review and approval.
- Replacement approval is subject to product inspection and verification by our team.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be applicable if:
- Product has been used or damaged by the customer
- Request is made after 7 days of delivery
- Incorrect size selected by customer (without defect)
